Wow, I have been spoiled the past few days with the nice warm spring temperatures. Today was a reminder that this is Colorado and at any time the weather can get quite cold and today was one of those days. Burr, it was chilly!

April 28, Special Guest Painter today on Upper Bear Creek.
I had a great day of painting today with my special guest artist, Tony. Tony was asked by his art class if he could find an artist that he would like to work with for a day. I was so honored to be his choice! Tony and I went painting today at one of my favorite places on Upper Bear Creek. This was Tony's first Plein Air painting, and he hits a home run! I think he has a real gift at age 14!
